At the heart of the Bardstown Carver is a 2-inch high-carbon steel blade, ground for exceptional control and razor-sharp carving performance. The 1/8-inch thick blade stock provides the perfect balance of strength, durability, and precision, allowing for everything from delicate detail work to aggressive stock removal.
 
Each handle is crafted from authentic reclaimed Kentucky bourbon barrel oak, giving every knife its own unique grain pattern, character, and story.
