Field Hygiene Mini-Course
"We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it."
George W. Sears (Nessmuk)
One of the most poorly managed skills of the nominal woodsman is that of hygiene. For some reason, many are under the impression that keeping clean, sanitary and even smelling “good” are simply not attainable goals while camping, thus people naturally relax the rules when it comes to these issues.
However, when these rules become lax, this is when people begin to have poor camping experiences with illnesses related to foodborne contamination, conjunctivitis (pink eye), irritated or burning feet (athletes’ foot), smelly odors, and that uneasy greasy feeling anywhere there's a fold on the body.
In this mini-course, I'll show you how and why our Field Hygiene Kit is the key to enjoyable and sanitary camping experiences
